meI am an ordinary software engineer working for an ordinary company. I have been married for about 15 years and have four children. We live in an ordinary home in Delhi. I have lived in Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, and in a small village in Rajasthan. I fell in love with Jesus over 23 years ago and that love has only deepened the more I have walked with him. He means more to me than life itself. This path of knowing and walking with Jesus is the heart of all my joy. And so I want to share it with you.

I created this site as a simple tool for you to explore the path of knowing and following the person of Jesus. It is meant as a starting point. You may have many questions that this site will not be able to help you with. And if you get to that point, I hope you will contact me.

You should know one thing about what I count to be true. It is that all that I or anyone else truly knows about Jesus comes from the book we know as the Bible. And that is my source. There have been many wise people whose ideas have influenced me. But I have learned to measure the opinions of my teachers against what I see in the Bible. And that principle has never let me down. And so, I urge the same of you. Measure everything you hear and read (including from me) against the standard of the Bible and you will remain on solid ground. Why the Bible? That you will discover as you explore the site. For now, here is the ground that I stand on. Here's a summary of what we believe if you'd like to know more.

So explore! Every Wednesday evening, a group meets at our home to study the Bible together. You’re welcome to join us! On Sunday mornings, we meet together to sing and pray and study the Bible together. Again, you're welcome to come. Also, if you’d like to start a group in your own home, let me know. I would love to help. I hope you will discover what I have found.

With peace and grace and joy!

I am a woman, a wife, and mother. But that is certainly not all. I am a child of God. I belong to God’s family and am a citizen of heaven. I have learned that true Life is only in Jesus; that true, lasting joy is found only in Him. He has shown me His love in many ways, and I cannot imagine a life without Him. There are so many challenges in life that I don’t know what I would do without Jesus.

I grew up in a Christian home and have had great examples of what it means to follow Jesus. But there still came a moment in my life when I knew I needed a Savior. I still remember feeling overwhelmed with who I was inside compared with the nice girl people saw on the outside. I broke down before a holy God and all I could do was cry. I was a hypocrite and I knew it. It was such a relief to get it all out.

But then began a long process of learning that what Jesus has done on the cross was really enough; that I could stop striving to earn His favor. I want to please Him, but I can rest in His love, and allow Him to transform me as I spend time with Him.

It still amazes me to know that I am forgiven and loved, and that the living God looks with favor on me, not because of anything I have done, but because of what He has done for me.

I feel absolutely blessed to have Him in my life and to be able to live this life with the living God by my side. I need His wisdom and guidance constantly and wouldn’t know what to do without Him.

It is a joy and privilege for me to walk this journey of following Jesus together with my husband and four children.

Greetings to all of you in the matchless name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I’m a student of sociology pursuing my Ph.D. I live with my husband in Delhi. Though my parents are from Kerala, my sister and I were born and brought up in Delhi. So we are as Delhiite as others who live here. I love to try out various things in my day-to-day life. I love cooking, meeting friends, baking, travelling, photography and all kinds of things. I’m very creative and love to explore new things in life. But something that gives me deep pleasure and joy is, indeed, loving Jesus, and beyond that to realize the the Creator of this universe loves “ME.” Words cannot express the love I have for Him. It’s a relationship one has to experience in his or her lifetime because ultimately this is eternal. I love Jesus, because He loved me first, not because I’ve done some good thing in my life, or because of wealth or anything else, but because of what He has done for me. It is only by His grace.

Romans 5:8, “But God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
